Sales Representative

Warped Cigars (Warped) is a rapidly growing premium cigar company, focusing on business to business sales within an exciting and growing industry. Our team has been serving a dedicated and ever-expanding clientele, while delivering the highest level of excellence since our launch in 2007. Our client base is comprised of retail stores, online retailers and distributors across the globe.

Warped Cigars (Warped) is seeking a B2B Sales Representative who is interested in a financially rewarding career in an inside sales environment. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to our existing customers and industry qualified leads.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and building relationships with new B2B customers. 
• Building relationships with repeat customers is integral
• Meet set objectives by acquiring and confirming client information, identifying the client’s needs, presenting our products and services, overcoming objections and gaining client commitment.
• Meet or exceed required performance goals on a consistent basis.
• Organizing and managing your own time & meeting deadlines weekly 
• Must be able to multi-task by interacting with clients and documenting information and comments.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and results-driven. This individual will provide authentic customer service to existing and prospective clients to retain, renew and build our sales base.

• 2-3 years Sales experience (preferably within the premium cigar industry) 
• Hungry to make the best work of your life 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Strong competitive attitude with demonstrated self-motivation, exceptional work ethic and the ability to handle rejection when making calls
• You are organized and can work at pace and thrive under tight deadlines 
• General knowledge of Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office experience
• Must be fearless when it comes to working on the phones.
• Ability to identify and overcome gate keeper objections
• Ability to identify needs and make recommendations 
• Ability to embrace and execute company core values
